One the the unique challenges that I deal with is the inability to share the fact that I run an ecommerce toy shop. Don’t get me wrong, I put it out on Social media but having a full time job with the Army and being in the Army Reserves creates a unique challenge. In my civilian job, I am not permitted to conduct any business or share what the business does. It may seem like a dumb rule and it probably is but since I don’t make the rules, I am obliged to follow them. With the Army Reserves, it is a definite no-no. It can be viewed as using my rank to exert influence Soldiers to buy from www.tactics2toys.com. So basically, I run into multiple conflicts of interest. Well, that is all for now. Just documenting for more personal purposes. If I come up with a roundabout solution, I will update this post.
