Painless 30-Day Return Policy

 

Please note that all orders are carefully inspected for quality, assortment, and proper packaging prior to shipment. Nobody is perfect, however, and we know that. Manufacturers may screw up, shipping carriers can err, and yes, even we might make a mistake from time to time. Or you might change your mind. That’s why we have an industry-leading painless 30-Day Return Policy that states:

 

If for any reason you are not happy with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by Tactics 2 Toys, LLC within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment for a refund or replacement (if available). Policy details subject to change without notice.

 

What else do I need to know?

 

Since Tactics 2 Toys, LLC deals with popular collectibles, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we might not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead.

 

Products must be returned in their entirety (no partial cases) in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either the original or a copy).

 

Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the items plus applicable tax. This credit will not include any original shipping and processing charges unless the products are damaged when you receive them. Your credit will appear after Tactics 2 Toys, LLC receives and processes your returned item, as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy.

 

Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear in their customers’ records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for any refund to show up on your statement.

 

  • Credit Cards: Typically 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: Depends on your PayPal original source of payment. PayPal states up to 30 days.

 

Return Shipping – Domestic Customers:

 

If the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product, we will cover any return shipping fees if the return is completed through a Tactics 2 Toys, LLC return option (a prepaid label provided by us). If you choose a self-return option (a carrier or service of your choice) you will pay the cost charged by the carrier selected and will not be reimbursed. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages through a self-return option.

 

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.

 

Return Shipping – International Customers:

 

If the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product, we will issue store credit for what it would reasonably cost to ship the item back to us using a cost-efficient method. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back and paying for the actual shipping fees.

 

If the return is for any other reason, we will not pay for the return shipping fees and you will be responsible for all shipping costs without reimbursement. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.

 

How to Prepare Your Item for Return Shipping:

 

Please pack the item in an appropriate-sized shipping box and use bubble wrap or other fill to adequately protect the item. Please do not ever place the shipping label directly on the item to return it as this results in a partial or no refund. If the item is damaged in transit or received in less-than-original condition due to poor packaging your refund will be less.

 

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments:

 

A refused shipment will be treated as a return.  Refund will be issues upon receipt and inspection of the item.

 

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as incorrect address or not home), we will contact you to reship the package; any return and reshipping costs are due before the package is reshipped. Re-shipments for domestic customers may not be eligible for Flat Rate Shipping.

 

International customers will be responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes for refused or undeliverable shipments. If customs disposes your shipment for any reason, no refunds will be issued for product or shipping.
