  • “You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times: 

All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Tactics 2 Toys ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

Tactics 2 Toys, LLC currently ships to the following countries:  

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, US, US Minor Outlying Islands, 

IF a US based freight forwarding service is used to ship Internationally, Tactics 2 Toys, LLC is only responsibility is delivery to the freight forwarder. If the item arrives damaged, it must be taken up with the used shipping service.  Tactics 2 Toys does not assume liability when a product has to go through an intermediary international shipping service other than those that are offered.

 

Service

Currently international shipping is provided by USPS via USPS International First Class.  This will expand soon to present more international options.  If the shipping rate seems excessive or you suspect an error, please contact Us at hello_toy_fan@tactics2toys.com.  Please put the order number and the words “shipping question” in the subject line.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Tactics 2 Toys, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

https://tactics2toys.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
