Fantastic Four 336, Marvel Comics (Jan 1990)
"Dark Congress!" A congressman accuses Reed Richards of staging the super villain attacks during the Congressional hearing, and Mr. Fantastic must defend himself in front of the Congressional committee. Once again more villains attack, but the Human Torch, Ms. Marvel, and Ben Grimm make short work of the bad guys! Will Congress pass or table the Super Hero Registration Act?
